ROSE MARCHETTI SEMI-INTEGRAL ORGANIC RICE

Round rice with medium grains, light pinkish gray in color. Very particular taste; the consistency of the rice is soft all around, crunchier in the center; excellent compromise between a white rice and a brown one for consistency and cooking time, it holds its cooking well both in risottos and in more complex recipes.
