Vineyards: vine-growing region: Marche, province of Ancona.Location: in the area of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi.Age: 8-35 years old.

Soil: alluvial marine sedimentary origin, with prevalence of clay and sand and presence of Plio-Pleistocene and Miocene stone.

Grape varieties and cultivation: grapes: 100% Verdicchio. System of cultivation: upside down and double guyot. Planting density: 1,700-3,500 vines per hectare. Yield per hectare: 100 q of grapes.

Vinification: harvesting: early harvesting of the grapes, by hand and in the coolest hours, with subsequent soft pressing.Vinification: fermentation at low temperature and subsequent refermentation in autoclave for the taking of foam that occurs very slowly. Aging: bottle aging in thermo-conditioned warehouse.

Food pairing: its easy drinking and soft structure make it very pleasant as an aperitif, but it goes well with fish starters and a wide range of seafood dishes.

Serving temperature: 8°C.
