In the Renaissance tradition, many wines were defined as ’Greci, Grecanti, Grechetti’. Celebrated was also that of Montefalco, sent by the town’s podestà as a precious gift to princes and cardinals. Arnaldo Caprai’s Grecante keeps this historic tradition alive.

Colour: Brilliant straw yellow

Aroma: Intense aromas of exotic fruit and yellow peach, floral notes of freesia and hawthorn and finally a pleasant minerality.

Taste: Full, fresh and long lasting.

Goes well: An excellent aperitif, but also perfect with medium-structured fish and meat dishes.
