The presence of Grechetto, a variety widespread in central Italy and whose origins can be traced back to Greco, is very ancient in Umbria. Anima Umbra Grechetto is the declination of the grape variety to the desire to produce a wine inspired by tradition.

Colour: The wine has a beautiful straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections.

Aroma: Fruity aromas of yellow peach, freesia and a light mineral note

Taste: Dry and fresh with a pleasant almond finish

Food pairing: Served chilled it can be enjoyed on its own, perfect with hors d’oeuvres and first courses.
