Symbolic wine of the new Montefalco enological reality, Sagrantino Collepiano draws its strength from an age-old tradition and from the uniqueness of the native Sagrantino vine. Collepiano is the production area of Sagrantino and it indicates the gentle slope of our hills.

Grapes: 100% Sagrantino

Colour: Very intense ruby red with violet reflections

Aroma: Blackberry jam, pepper, clove and vanilla, a balsamic note and a touch of powdery powder

Taste: Powerful and at the same time elegant, tannin that makes you think of the future

Pairings: Roasted meat preferably with a good fat content, stews and game

Notes: It is recommended to open 2 hours before serving; serve at 18/20 °C
