This wine of rare elegance is the result of in-depth studies in both the agronomic and enological fields. It is produced with the best grapes of the Sangiovese and Sagrantino varieties selected from the vineyards.

First year of production: 1993

Grapes: 70% Sangiovese, 15% Sagrantino, 15% Merlot

Colour: Intense ruby red with violet hues.

Aroma: In its breadth we find cherries in alcohol and chocolate, violet, vanilla and spices.

Taste: Full and soft, perfectly balanced by vibrant and velvety tannins.

Pairings: This structured, full-bodied wine is exalted when paired with red meats and roasts.

Notes: Suitable for ageing; serve at 18/20 °C
