CHARACTERISTICS : We had to wait a quarter of a century to finally confirm in an enthusiastic way the empirical suggestion of the man from beyond the Alps and to finally be able to propose our interpretation of these decidedly particular grapes.
The aroma is proposed with a very distinct varietal, notes of wild pepper and cinnamon, an idea of licorice and balsamic herbs that give in itself a fairly strong identification to the liquid. In the mouth it is full, enveloping, very long and with a mineral and acidulous note.
