Anima Umbra is a typical Umbrian red wine obtained from the autochthonous varieties Sangiovese and Canaiolo. The result is a sincere and elegant wine that recalls the flavours of the past. Brilliant red in colour, it is moderately structured to the taste with an intense note of characteristic fruit that makes it easy to pair with traditional dishes.

Aroma: Currant, plum and floral hints

Taste: Dry and fresh, delicate tannin

Food pairing: First courses of dry or stuffed pasta with meat and tomato sauces, roasted meats, cold meats and fresh or moderately mature cheeses.
