INGREDIENTS: Quince (56%), sugar, sapa (8%) and lemon

This is an original recipe from Macerata producing a thick soft jam with pieces of fruit with the texture characteristic of the quince. It has the fragrance of cooked wine, leaving the slightly tart taste of quince on the palate. Perfect as an accompaniment to boiled capon or with polenta.
