From the olive-growing heritage of the company, about 4000 plants, the typical cultivars of the Piceno area, make up the extra virgin olive oil Saladini Pillars. The timely harvest, the rapidity in pressing, combined with the vocation of the territory give the oil a balanced taste, overall harmonious: green in color, rich in polyphenols, low acidity, slightly fruity herbaceous, with hints of green almond and artichoke, moderately bitter and spicy. It is suitable for seasoning grilled beef fillet, excellent on roasts and red meats, on legume soups, on bruschetta, a drizzle of oil enhances the flavor of cooked and raw vegetables.
